Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The locksmith behaved arrogantly throughout the process. Instead of explaining things clearly, they spoke in a condescending tone, as if I didn’t know anything. Customers deserve respect, not attitude.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tech arrived on time as expected. Pulled right into my driveway explaining everything he was doing and showing me his equipment. He programmed a new remote for my car. He asked me what functions I wanted which was great. The only thing was no matter what he tried he could not get my remote start to work on it. I use it all the time and will kiss it on my back up. Otherwise very happy with him and the company.
